Tests: New Zealand record their narrowest victory (in runs), and record their second win in six matches against Pakistan at neutral venues. Ajaz Patel becomes the ninth New Zealand player to take five wickets in an innings on debut. England win their inaugural match against Sri Lanka at Pallekele International Stadium, and have now won 5 of 15 matches against Sri Lanka in Sri Lanka. Jack Leach takes five wickets in an innings for the first time. Yasir Shah takes five wickets in an innings for the fourteenth time, and third at Sheikh Zayed Stadium. Joe Root scores his fifteenth century, second against Sri Lanka, and has the highest batting average of current England players. Akila Dananaya records his best bowling performance with six wickets in an innings.

ODI's: New Zealand and Pakistan draw the series. Lockie Ferguson records his best bowling performance with five wickets in a match.
